The Islesboro Central School sailing team earned 1st place out of 12 teams in the annual Rockland Breakwater Blast Regatta on Sunday May 5th. Sailing in light conditions, the team used consistent starts and superior boat speed to outclass the rest of the fleet. Lake Lindelof and Pia Gibson sailed in the “A” division, while Jett Lindelof and Julian Kelly sailed in the “B”. Congratulations to the team!
