As discussed at our regular meeting in January, we have booked a board workshop for Tuesday, February 2, from 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. in Kristen Kelly's room, where it's most easy to set up technology for presentations.  The agenda for the workshop is attached, and is simply intended to allow a handful of staff to update the board on the progress made on the Action Plan that we reviewed at the beginning of the year.  Staff will provide updates on each aspect of the Action Plan: culture, curriculum, and vision.
